QMB6-Pro OEM quartz monitor with integrated rate calculation
The QMB6 quartz measurement box product range for coating thickness measurement has now been expanded to include the PRO series. In addition to transmitting frequency information for up to two measuring heads, the rate and coating thickness are now also calculated internally in the device instead of using external software. The Modbus protocol for the RS232, RS485, USB, or Ethernet IP/PoE interface enables quick integration into OEM systems. Alternatively, a conventional ASCII protocol is also available. The entire QMB6 series can be equipped with up to two integrated oscillators, eliminating the need for external oscillators.

EBEAM6 Integrated High Voltage Supply for Electron Beam Evaporation
With the EBEAM6 model, our Italian partner BDISCOM SRL is launching a new high-voltage power supply for electron beam evaporators. The 6 kW power unit is characterised by an integrated filament power supply unit and can also be operated via a touchscreen control panel without an additional controller. Of course, it can also be controlled directly via the BeamTrek evaporation controller or various fieldbuses such as EtherCat, ProfiBus and ProfiNet. The 5m long power cable is compatible for connection to the conventional dual HV feedthrough.

COLT Quartz Sensor Head
The COLT quartz crystal sensor is a unique thin film sensor for 12 industry standard 14 mm/ 0.550" diameter quartzes or 24 compact 8.6 mm quartzes. The built-in stepper motor allows for fast and direct positioning with reference position feedback from standard controllers. The compact sensor head with 102 mm OD can be installed inside a vacuum chamber in any orientation and features a NW16 utility port for water and electrical supply . In addition the model COLT10-PRO incorporates an actively cooled revolving quartz carousel which holds up 10 standard 14 mm quartzes.
