High Performance Filament Block V4
The new 10 kW high performance filament block of the 4th generation by BeamTec garanties a reliable operation and easy handling.

- Easy, reproducible filament installation using a self-centering alignment pin
- Suitable for any Smartbeam or Ferrotec electron beam evaporators (except EB1-Nano and EBM4)

LiftOff-Filament Block V5
The new LiftOff filament block by BeamTec makes it easy to change the filament without time consuming disassembly of the entire filament block.
The base remains on the electron beam evaporator and the mobile part is lifted from above through the beam exit window. The high voltage cables do not have to be dismantled. With just a few simple steps, the filament is swapped and the filament block is replaced.
This shortens the service time of the deposition system.
