The BeamTec product range includes also tungsten-filaments for various fields of application. Besides the supply of standard geometries we have specialized in the production of customer-specific configurations.
Tungsten-filaments are available for the following equipment:
- Electron beam evaporators (BeamTec / Smartbeam / Ferrotec / Telemark / Temescal / Balzers / Leybold …)
- Ion Sources (KRI / Mark I, Mark II / IonTec …)
- Thermal evaporators (single- or multiple-strand tungsten wire)
