BDS-ARC 150 /250 ARC Power Supplies
The BDS-ARC devices are power supplies designed for arc evaporators with current consumtion of up to 250 A. The high current transformer is integrated in the compact 19″ rack housing. A programmable 2/4 channel coil supply 5A/70V is optionally available in a compact 19″ rack.

BDS-GLOW 3000 / 6000 Glow-Power Supplies
The BDS-GLOW devices are compact power supplies for glow discharge processes. The high current transformer is integrated in the compact 19″ rack housing. The power supplies are equipped with a user friendly touch screen active display and one encoder for setup and control.
Typical applications:
- Plasma-Glow discharge for cleaning and activation of surfaces
