BeamTec presents the new high performance filament block featuring a newly designed monoblock ceramic that allows for fast and easy filament change without special alignment tools.

Advantages:

• prevents shorting out of filament
• self-aligning cathode blocks
• easier installation
• suitable for any Smartbeam or Ferrotec electron beam evaporators
• high electron emission to filament current ratio

For older generations of Ferrotec filament blocks we offer an upgrade kit to impove its performance.
