Power Supplies

With the new WARP series BeamTec provides compact primary switched high voltage power supplies for high power applications. Produced as a 3-gun version, the highest power that any one gun can have is 10 KW. Each E-Beam Gun Power Supply consists of the following components:

  • High Voltage Power Supply "WARP"
  • Evaporation Controller "BeamTrek"
  • Filament Power Supply "BeamWell"

BeamTrek™ Evaporation Controller

The BeamTrek all-in-one controller features a unique touch screen remote control for intuitive operation of magnet deflection, electron emission and pocket rotation. It can be interfaced with any standard electron beam evaporator, high voltage- and filament power supply and is compatible with products of major manfacturers.

BeamTec presents the latest filament power supply technology for electron beam evaporators. Both design versions feature primary switched power stages which allow for compact dimensions and reliable control of emission current.
