The Q-pod connects any QCM sensor directly to a PC through a USB port. Software is included for setup, operation, and data-logging. The Q-pod provides the capabilities of a traditional QCM at a fraction of the size and cost.

The Sigma SQM-160 is a low-cost, easy-to-use instrument for monitoring deposition rate and thickness - ideal for single or multi-film processes where manual control is adequate.
