With the EBEAM6 model, our Italian partner BDISCOM SRL is launching a new high-voltage power supply for electron beam evaporators. The 6 kW power unit is characterised by an integrated filament power supply unit and can also be operated via a touchscreen control panel without an additional controller. COLT Quartz Sensor Head
The COLT quartz crystal sensor is a unique thin film sensor for 12 industry standard 14 mm/ 0.550" diameter quartzes or 24 compact 8.6 mm quartzes. The built-in stepper motor allows for fast and direct positioning with reference position feedback from standard controllers.
