The 6 kW power unit is characterised by an integrated filament power supply unit and can also be operated via a touchscreen control panel without an additional controller. Of course, it can also be controlled directly via the BeamTrek evaporation controller or various fieldbuses such as EtherCat, ProfiBus and ProfiNet.
