It reproduces the device front panel in the browser, reads back all measured values over the serial interface, records them and plots them.<\/p>\n The software is a single HTML file<\/strong>. The operator is responsible for the safe state of the system, the vacuum chamber and all interlocks. Remote operation removes the operator’s direct view of the equipment.
