BeamTec is newly appointed exclusive distributor for thin film instrument products by McVac Inc. McVac manufactures a wide variety of deposition sensor heads for virtually all vacuum deposition applications. Configurations include simple low cost single deposition sensor heads, multi-crystal deposition sensor heads for critical multi-layer processes, high temperature bakeable sensor heads and various adjustable sensor heads and feedthroughs.

All our sensor heads are designed for the industry standard 0.55" (14 mm) diameter vacuum crystals.
